Here at  Exceptional Stone, we know a little extra manufacturing time will provide our customers with a superior product. That’s why we take the time to custom design our molds in-house. By designing every ridge and crevice of our molds ourselves we can ensure that the result lives up to our exacting standards.

These high standards are also why we use wet casting instead of dry casting in our manufacturing process. The thick, milkshake-like consistency used in wet casting flows more easily into the tiny crevices in our custom molds, creating a more detailed and realistic looking product. It also allows the colors to blend better in the concrete, further enhancing the natural appearance of our stone. Though wet casting takes longer than dry casting since wet cast products can’t be removed from their molds as quickly, at Exceptional Stone we believe the process that affords our customers the best possible product is the way to go
